Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee
As part of Maynilad’s direction to enhance its commitment to the attainment of its Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) targets, the Company’s Board of Directors created the Office of the Chief Sustainability Officer and designated the Head of Quality, Sustainability and Resiliency (QSR) as Maynilad’s Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO).

Maynilad Chief Sustainability Officer Atty. Roel S. Espiritu (center) receives a certificate from the International Water Association (IWA), recognizing Maynilad as one of 28 “climate-smart” utilities worldwide in the 2024 IWA Climate Smart Utilities Recognition.
